Azoxystrobin 18.2% w/w + Difenoconazole 11.4% w/w SC:
Azoxystrobin 18.2% w/w + Difenoconazole 11.4% w/w SC is a broad-spectrum, dual-action systemic fungicide formulated as a Suspension Concentrate (SC). This powerful combination blends a strobilurin fungicide (Azoxystrobin) with a triazole fungicide (Difenoconazole) to provide exceptional preventive and curative control against a wide range of fungal pathogens. It is widely recognized for its ability to improve crop health, quality, and yield by keeping leaves greener for longer (the "greening effect") and ensuring comprehensive disease protection.
Mode of Action:
This product functions through a synergistic double mode of action:
Respiration Inhibition (Azoxystrobin): It works by inhibiting mitochondrial respiration in fungal cells, effectively cutting off their energy supply. It has excellent translaminar and systemic movement, protecting new growth.
Sterol Biosynthesis Inhibition (Difenoconazole): It interferes with the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of the fungal cell membrane, halting the growth and reproduction of the fungus.
Systemic & Curative: The combination is absorbed by the plant's leaves and roots and translocated acropetally (upwards) via the xylem, protecting the plant from the inside out and curing existing infections.
Primary Uses and Target Crops:
This fungicide is a premier choice for high-value crops including cereals, vegetables, fruits, and cash crops.
Key target crops include:
Cereals: Rice (Paddy), Wheat, Maize
Vegetables: Tomato, Chili, Onion, Potato, Cucurbits
Cash Crops: Cotton, Sugarcane, Turmeric
Fruits: Mango, Grapes, Pomegranate
Application and Dosage:
Azoxystrobin 18.2% + Difenoconazole 11.4% SC is mixed with water and applied as a foliar spray. Preventive application is recommended for best results.
The recommended dosage varies by crop and disease pressure:
Rice (Paddy): To control Blast and Sheath Blight, use 200 ml per acre.
Tomato: For Early Blight and Late Blight, use 200 ml per acre.
Chili: To control Anthracnose, Powdery Mildew, and Die-back, use 200 ml per acre.
Wheat: For Rusts (Yellow, Brown) and Powdery Mildew, use 200 ml per acre.
Maize: To control Turcicum Leaf Blight and Downy Mildew, use 200 ml per acre.
Sugarcane: For Red Rot, Smut, and Rust, use 200 ml per acre.
Cotton: For Leaf Spots and Grey Mildew, use 200 ml per acre.
General Mixing Rate: A common mixing rate is 1 ml per liter of water. Ensure thorough coverage of the foliage.

Anthracnose
Powdery Mildew
Early and Late Blight
Sheath Blight (Rice)
Blast (Rice)
Rusts (Wheat, Sugarcane)
